The Bridgend Centre welcomes any financial donation, whether it be large or small. The Centre has been a registered Charity for over fourteen years and can not survive without public donations. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your support.
Gift Aid
Gift Aid is one of the easiest ways to make any donation you give to us as tax effective as possible. The charity you are supporting reclaims the basic rate tax from the Inland Revenue. There is no extra cost to you and the process is simple – all you have to do is to complete a simple Gift Aid declaration form.
It is simply a statement by an individual taxpayer that they want a charity to get back from the Inland Revenue the tax paid on their donation. This is a great way to add 28 per cent to the value of your gift to Bridgend Centre without it costing you a penny more! Forms are available on the counter at the Centre.
100 Club
We need new members in our 100 Club to help us reach our target fund-raising total of £68,000 for 2010. This will help to pay an essential proportion of the Centre’s running costs.
People in our community help to run the Centre in many ways, either from donating their unwanted items for ‘Revival’, our charity shop, or by volunteering their time to run a weekly activity. Another way to help and also have the opportunity of winning a cash prize is to join our 100 Club. This is an easy way of contributing to a unique local charity that offers many services to your community.
The cost of joining the 100 Club is £12.00 per year. You will be contacted and given a number for the draws that take place at 12pm, on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Good luck and you could win 1st Prize of £40.00, or a £10.00 2nd Prize. 100 Club forms are available on the Front Desk at the Centre.
